Talking about this, I am wondering to share a story of Mid-Autumn Festival with you.
It is one of most important Chinese traditional festivals, It’s a really historical festival which popularized from 2200 years ago.
There is also a legend about the Mid-Autumn Festival. There was a beautiful young woman called “Chang’e”, She took the elixir by mistake and flew to the Moon Palace. However, her husband missed her so much that he would prepare fruit and moon cakes for her every Mid-Autumn Festival, hoping that they could be reunited, so the Mid-Autumn Festival was also called the Reunion Festival.
Mid-Autumn Festival is a symbol of family reunion, you can spend your time to stay with your family or somebody important to you and enjoy the beautiful full moon together.
